We often ask ourselves what is a healthy oil?
Undoubtedly, a healthy oil is not a highly processed product that, with the participation of high temperature and a number of chemical processes, is sterilised and deprived of any properties of the raw material from which it was created. Only cold-pressed oils, unrefined, provide the body with a whole lot of health-promoting ingredients, including: vitamins, micro and macro elements, phytosterols, lecithins and above all natural, unchanged – NNKT – Essential Unsaturated Fatty Acids. These acids are necessary for the proper functioning of our entire body. Therefore, my main business assumption is to press 100% natural, unrefined oils, using the highest quality grains for this process, without any artificial additives. The oil is pressed to order on a regular basis in small quantities, thanks to which it is always fresh and retains all its properties, becoming an excellent full-value product. The “cold” pressing process is time-consuming and less efficient, which is why I focus only on quality. I stamp small quantities, but regularly, which gives a guarantee of freshness.

Possibly Ineffective for
- Bipolar disorder. Taking flaxseed oil by mouthdoesn’t seem to improve symptoms of maniaor depression in children with bipolar disorder.
- High levels of cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood (hyperlipidemia). Taking flaxseed oil by mouth doesn’t seem to reduce cholesterol.
Flaxseed oil comes from flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum). It is a good source of an essential omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
The alpha-linolenic acid and other chemicals in flaxseed oil seem to decrease swelling, which is why some people use it for conditions that involve inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Flaxseed oil comes from flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum). It is a good source of an essential omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
The alpha-linolenic acid and other chemicals in flaxseed oil seem to decrease swelling, which is why some people use it for conditions that involve inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
Flaxseed oil is used for heart disease, high blood pressure, high levels of cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood (hyperlipidemia), and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

- Obesity. Taking flaxseed oil by mouth doesn’t reduce body weight, body mass index, or waist size in overweight adults.
- Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Taking flaxseed oil by mouth daily doesn’t seem to improve symptoms of pain and stiffness in people with RA.
There is interest in using flaxseed oil for a number of other purposes, but there isn’t enough reliable information to say whether it might be helpful.
